Intro

The sync functionality is added to allow users the ability to make changes to a gateways configuration; add, update and clone sensors for that gateway and only sync the changes at the end of the setup process. Users can add multiple sensors and check their configuration before synchronizing.

Note:

Using the sync option can also be used to make sure the latest changes are copied to the gateway.

Synchronizing the gateway and sensors configuration:

1. Go to the home view by clicking in the ubiworx logo or the home icon.
2. In the gateway Dashboard view click on the gateway you want to sync the configuration.
3. Once the view loads, click the Sync button in the sensors side navigation menu under the Configuration section.

4. After the sync button is pressed, a notification will be displayed in the bottom right corner.
